Account deletion

Permanently delete your ScreenLife account.

You can start deletion from the app or request it from the web.

Delete while signed in

  1. Open Account & Settings.
  2. Open the account deletion section.
  3. Enter your current password and confirm permanent deletion.

This deletes the active account and associated profile, viewing history, ratings, reviews, comments, lists, imports, notifications and sessions.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot sign in, emailsupport@screenlife.tvfrom the address registered to your ScreenLife account. Include the display name or username if known. We may ask for additional information needed to verify account ownership before deletion.

Retention

Deleted account data is removed from the active service. Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Residual encrypted backups, if present, are not used for normal service and expire through the applicable backup-rotation cycle.
